Is electrolysis really permanent?

Yes. Electrolysis is the only hair removal method recognized by the U.S. FDA as permanent. It destroys the growth cells of each treated follicle so the hair does not grow back.

How is it different from laser?

Laser is cleared for permanent hair reduction and works best on dark hair and lighter skin. Electrolysis treats each follicle directly and works on all skin tones and hair colors, including blonde, red, gray and white hair.

How many sessions will I need?

Electrolysis requires a series of appointments, because hair grows in cycles and each follicle is treated individually. The number varies by person and area. Amanda can discuss a plan with you.

Does it hurt?

Most people describe a brief warm or stinging sensation. Comfort varies by person and area, and settings can be adjusted during treatment.

How much does it cost?

Cancellation policy

Dedicated time is reserved for each scheduled visit. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

First instance
No charge

One courtesy waiver per client for unexpected conflicts.

Second instance
50% fee

Billed for half the price of the scheduled service.

Subsequent instances
100% fee

Full pricing applies to all further late cancellations or no-shows.
